I utilize techniques including:

  • Flexion/Distraction - This is a great low-force technique for low back pain, disc and nerve pain, and post-surgical back pain.

  • Manual Adjustments - Using my hands, I use a broad range of adjusting techniques to create space in your joints and stimulate your nervous system.

  • Muscle Scraping - This technique may be performed before or after your adjustment and involves the use of a metal scraping tool. It is used to reduce inflammation and muscle tightness while improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.

  • Prenatal, Perinatal Care - Improving and maintaining comfort during pregnancy is one of my favorite things!

  • Pediatric Care I love taking care of kiddos and helping them maintain wellness throughout life.

Additional Services

Supplementation and Nutrition Counseling - A natural approach to hormones, women’s health, autoimmune and autonomic conditions (like POTS).

  • Certain supplements can be picked up in person. Anything not carried in-office will be sent directly to your door at a discounted rate!

  • There is no additional cost for counseling!

Lab Work Orders and Result Analysis - I recommend lab work and provide you with an order to take to Quest Diagnostics.

  • Get answers to your health concerns conveniently. No hassling with insurance! Bring your lab results back to me for a thorough review and analysis.

  • I work with primary care doctors and specialists to provide you with natural solutions to compliment your medical care.

  • No additional cost for lab orders/recommendations OR reviewing your lab work. You’ll only pay for the actual lab work that is performed at Quest Diagnostics.
